IMS Shipyard can accommodate an average of 25 sail or motor yachts up to 80 metres long in floating berths.
On the IMS 700 site, the shipyard has a 50,000 square metres maritime basin.

The floating berths are well-protected against the swell by a break-water to the west and a seawall to the east.
